ABSTRAKSI: Di jaman sekarang ini, ada banyak sekali hotel hotel yang ada di Indonesia ini. Hal ini disebabkan dengan adanya program pemerintah untuk memaksimalkan potensi budaya dan pariwisata yang ada di Indonesia, sehingga menyebabkan datangnya turis baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Seperti halnya di Bandung, setiap tahunnya, Bandung selalu ramai dikunjungi turis, baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Dalam penerapan promosi hotel hotelnya, dirasa kurang efektif , hal ini dikarenakan system informasi yang belum memadai saat ini dan membuat calon pemesan hotel menjadi bingung dalam memilih hotel.
Web dan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat terutama turis dan wisatawan yang akan datang ke Bandung untuk mengetahui informasi hotel hotel yang ada di Bandung. Web ini akan berupa gambar gambar kamar hotel tersebut, fasilitas fasilitas dan info tentang hotel tersebut. Dan dengan mengakses IVR, pengguna dapat mengetahui harga harga kamar hotel tersebut.
Pada proyek akhir kali ini saya akan membuat suatu “Sistem Informasi Hotel Berbasis WEB dan VOIP Dengan Pengaksesan IVR. Web ini merupakan web sistem informasi hotel hotel yang ada di Bandung. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, user dapat lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi tentang hotel yang ada Bandung.Kata Kunci : VoIP(voice over IP),Information call,IVRABSTRACT: In the today‟s world, there are a lot of hotel in Indonesia. This is due to governments program to maximize the potential culture of Indonesia. Causing the arrival of tourist , both domestic and abroad. As in Bandung, every year, Bandung is always crowded by the tourist both domestic and abroad.. In the application of hotel‟s promotion, it is less effective, this is because of the sufficient information of this time and make the prospective buyer to get confused in choosing hotels.
This web and information system is meant to help people, especially tourist and traveler in who will come to Bandung to find hotel information in Bandung. This web will be drawing pictures of the rooms hotel, facilities and info about hotel. And to accces IVR, user can choose to order food, cleaning service, room service and talk to admin in that hotel.
At this final project, I will created “ INFORMATION SYSTEM OF HOTEL BASED ON WEB AND APLICATION OF VOIP WITH IVR ACCESS” . This web is information system of hotel in Bandung. Hopefully with this final project, user can more easily get information about the existing hotel in Bandung.Keyword: VoIP(voice over IP),Information call,IVR
