ABSTRAKSI: Seringnya masalah yang ditemukan disaat kita sedang berlibur di luar kota sebagai wisatawan adalah kita tidak dapat mengetahui langsung tempat-tempat yang sangat kita butuhkan seperti Bank, Hotel dan restauran maupun kantor Polisi setempat yang terdekat dari keberadaan kita dikota tersebut. Masalah-masalah ini lah yang mendorong saya untuk membuat proyek ahir saya yang berjudul “Pembuatan Layanan Informasi Untuk Wisatawan Berupa Aplikasi VoIP dengan Pengaksesan IVR”
Information call merupakan layanan yang sangat penting bagi wisatawan dalam keadaan darurat misalnya pada saat terjadi suatu kejadian yang bersifat darurat contohnya mebutuhkan uang secepatnya,penginapan yang belum jelas, kasus kriminalitas dan lain-lain. Hal ini dikarenakan hal-hal tersebut dibutuhkan oleh wisatawan yang sangat terdesak dan harus cepat.Pada paper ini telah dilakukan pembuatan aplikasi VoIP based Information-Call dengan pengaksesan IVR. Pada aplikasi ini, client dapat mengakses layanan panggilan layanan informasi dengan mendial nomor ekstensi tertentu melalui telepon analog. Kemudian client (yang saat ini maksudnya adalah wisatwan) akan dihadapkan dengan aplikasi IVR yang akan memberikan pertanyaan tentang kebutuhan client tersebut.
Adapun hasil yang didapat setelah merancang sistem layanan informasi untuk wisatawan ini sudah berjalan baik 100%. Diharapkan layanan informasi ini dapat digunakan oleh dinas pariwisata agar dapat direalisasikan sebagai layanan bagi wisatawan.Kata Kunci : VoIP(voice over IP),Information call,IVRABSTRACT: Frequent problems that we found while we were on vacation out of town as a tourist I that we can not find the places that we need urgently such as Banks, Hotels and Restaurants or Police office nearest of our place at. Information call an essential service for tourists in an emergency for example in the event of an emergency incidents for example need the money immediately, the inn was not yet clear, the case of crime and others. This is because these things are needed by the tourists who are hard pressed and should fast . In this application, the client can access this information call service with dialcertain extension numbers through an analog phone. Then the client (which currently means that the tourists) will be faced with the IVR application that will give you questions about information of the instance which required by the client.
The results obtained after designing systems for tourist information service has been running both 100%. This information service is expected to be used by the tourism department in order to be realized as a service for tourists.Keyword: VoIP(voice over IP),Information call,IVR
