ABSTRAKSI: Seiring dengan banyaknya pengguna internet tentunya semakin banyak juga aplikasi server di internet yang disediakan. Aplikasi server di internet tentunya banyak diakses oleh banyak user, contoh aplikasi server salah satunya adalah web server. Aplikasi server ini bila diakses banyak user tentunya akan membuat server sibuk dan dibutuhkan monitoring dini. Monitoring dini diperlukan seorang admin yang proaktif, karena bila server tidak diperhatikan maka akan merugikan banyak user yang mengakses aplikasi server tersebut. Tentunya informasi monitoring dini tidak hanya didapatkan dari server tetapi juga informasi dapat didapatkan dari user yang mengakses aplikasi server tersebut.
Pada Tugas Akhir ini dibuat suatu aplikasi dan program yaitu komplain web dan server monitoring dengan notifikasi SMS. Pada komplain web ini merupakan sarana komunikasi dengan menggunakan chatting dan SMS sedangkan pada bagian monitoring menggunakan dua server yaitu ftp server untuk bagian membuat log dan web server untuk bagian mengunduh log dari ftp server serta mengirimkan notifikasi SMS (Short Message Service) apabila terdapat nilai lebih dari 80 berdasarkan parameter cpu usage
Dari hasil tiga pengujian yaitu pengujian fungsional, performansi, dan test Beta didapatkan hasil bahwa untuk pengujian fungsional komplain web untuk dijaringan LAN berjalan dengan lancar tetapi pada saat dihosting terdapat satu fungsi yang tidak berjalan, pengujian performansi aplikasi maupun program yang dibuat sudah memenuhi standar QoS yakni untuk waktu respon 2-5 second dan delay < 400ms dan pengujian test Beta didapatkan hasil bahwa untuk aplikasi monitoring sudah membantu (60%) dan aplikasi komplain web yakni SMS dan chatting sudah berjalan baik (56%).Kata Kunci : SMS, Monitoring, KomplainABSTRACT: Along with the development of internet of course more and more application server on internet that si provided. Application server on internet absolutely access many users, take an example one of application server is web server. If this application server accessed by many users, it will make the server busy and its needed to be an early monitoring. An early monitoring need a proactive admin, because if server is not get more attention it will cause a disadvantage many user that acces that server. Absolutely an information early monitoring can get not just from server itself but also information can get from users that access that server.
On this final task is made an application and program, Complain web and monitoring server with SMS notification. On this Complain web that is provide a communication by using SMS or chatting with administrator while on monitoring section is made by two servers, ftp server which is used to make a log and web server which is used to download the log and filter it and then send notification SMS to admin about condition server if there is a value that higher than 80 which is about cpu usage of the server.
From three testing which is functionality, performancy, and Beta, for functionality the main function of complain web that is tested on LAN is worked well but when its hosting on, the one of function is not worked well, performancy application or program that is tested is worked well especially response time is fullfiled standarization of QoS which is 2-5 seconds and about delay is less than 400 ms. From beta testing which is got that is application for monitoring is helped (60%) and application web which is SMS and chatting is worked well (56%).Keyword: SMS, Monitoring, Complain.
