ABSTRAKSI: Saat ini teknologi informasi semakin berkembang dengan pesat. Kebutuhan manusia yang semakin beragam mendorong perkembangan teknologi informasi tersebut. Kebutuhan manusia terhadap teknologi informasi tidak hanya sebatas suara saja, tapi juga meliputi data dan video. NGN (Next Generation Networ) merupakan jaringan global dimasa mendatang yang mengintegrasikasn semua layanan aplikasi terutama layanan aplikasi berbasis IP (Internet Protocol) atau sering disebut dengan Ip Based application. Pada saat ini perkembangan layanan – layanan yang berbasisi IP sudah baynak diterapkan, diantaranya VoIP, e-mail, chatting, IPTV, dan lainnya. Akan tetapi untuk saat ini banyak layanan tersebut masih terpisah dengan layanan lainnya. Permasalahan yang muncul kemudian bagaimana mengintegrasikan server dari masing – masing layanan tersebut untuk melengkapi dari tujuan NGN itu sendiri.
Dalam tugas akhir diintegrasikan layanan aplikasi yang berbasi IP yaitu mail server dan voip server. Integrasi yang dimaksud adalah performansi server untuk layanan call center dan sms center. Pengintegrasian dua layanan yang berbeda ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pekerjaan contact center dalam melayani keluhan pelanggan.
Dari pengujian diperoleh maksimum panggilan yang dapat ditangani oleh Trixbox server adalah 200 call / second, hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai throughput pada kondisi background traffic puncak didapat adalah 0,1Mbps. Kemampuan sistem untuk melayani layanan voice-mail adalah sebagai berikut, untuk besar file voice-mail maksimum yang dapat ditangani oleh SMTP Zimbra server dipengaruhi oleh SMTP Trixbox server yaitu 252 pesan dalam 1 menit untuk besar file 1,2MB. Kemampuan sistem untuk melayani SMS to e-mail tidak dipengaruhi oleh sistem yang kita buat, melainkan dipengaruhi provider komunikasi yang kita gunakan untuk mengirim SMS.Kata Kunci : Call Center, SMS Center, Mail Server, VoIP ServerABSTRACT: Current information technology is growing by leaps and bounds. Maximum obtained from the test calls can be handled by Trixbox server is 200 calls / second, it can be seen from the throughput on the condition of background traffic is 0.1 Mbps peak obtained.
