ABSTRAKSI: TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) adalah suatu tes kemampuan berbahasa inggris yang meliputi keahlian-keahlian dalam mendengar (listening comprehension), struktur bahasa (structure and written expression), membaca (reading comprehension) dan menulis (writing). Bahkan, untuk TOEFL yang berbasis IBT (Internet Based TOEFL) kemampuan berbicara (speaking skill) siswa juga diperhitungkan
Dalam tugas akhir ini yang berjudul ”ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI TOEFL ONLINE BERBASIS WEB DAN VoIP” akan dibangun TOEFL online dengan menggunakan VoIP server dan web server. Untuk section listening comprehension, section structure and written expression, dan section reading comprehension akan menggunakan web server sedangkan section speaking dan customer care akan menggunakan VoIP server. Sistem ini dapat memberikan score dan sertifikat dalam waktu yang cepat, TOEFL online nantinya dapat dilaksanakan kapan saja di lingkungan IT Telkom.
Dari hasil implementasi yang telah dilakukan pada Local Area network IT Telkom, TOEFL online dikatakan baik karena sesuai dengan sistem yang telah direncanakan yaitu dapat menghasilkan score dan sertifikat setelah peserta menyelesaikan TOEFL online (section listening comprehension, section structure and written, dan section reading comprehension), dan dapat melakukan proses rekaman untuk section speaking. TOEFL online juga menyediakan layanan english call centre (help desk yang dapat melayani keluhan dan pertanyaan dari peserta dan program berlatih TOEFL speaking yang memberikan latihan bagi peserta yang belum mengetahui TOEFL section speaking). Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa untuk section listening mampu melayani 592,43 permintaan/detik, aspek structure and written mampu melayani 506,92 permintaa/detik, aspek reading mampu melayani 506,61 permintaan/detik.sedangkan untuk aspek speaking adalah 592,27 permintaan/detik . sedangkan untuk VoIP server mampu melayani 99,40 permintaan/detik.Kata Kunci : TOEFL , VoIP Server, Web ServerABSTRACT: TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is an English language proficiency test that includes skills in listening (listening comprehension), the structure of language (structure and written expression), reading (reading comprehension) and writing (writing). TOEFL online also has english call centre provides a function to handle all complaints and questions from participants, as well as TOEFL training program for speaking participants who do not have a description of the TOEFL speaking section.
