Seekers is a web application designed to simplify the process of reporting and searching for lost items within PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC). This application aims to provide a centralized platform that can be accessed by users to report found items and search for lost items. Application development is carried out using the Scrum method with the division of tasks in stages (sprint), and utilizing technology with native web development using PHP and MySQL technology. The main features provided in the application include an item reporting form, a data matching system between lost and found items, and item status notifications. The process begins with analyzing system requirements, designing the appearance and workflow of the application, implementing features, and testing. The results of the development show that the Seekers application can run according to its function and simplify the process of handling lost items at KCIC digitally, faster, and more efficiently than the previous process.
