Restaurant is one of business sector that growing up continuously and attrack many people attention. This business continuously growing caused by the increasing amount of middle class society in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know about what the key success factors of the object in this research through IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, IE Matrix, and QSPM Matrix. This research counted as descriptive research which try to explain about the exist characteristic in each object compare to theory in strategic management field. And the result of this research explain that Gentong Restaurant should implement market penetration strategy based on the best suggested from QSPM Matrix. Then Sukamanah Restaurant on the other hand should implement market development strategy.
