Nowadays more and more needs of the committee who want to create the
competition. But rarely the committee can make a competition that suits those
needs. Participants in searching for competition also still use the method of asking
others, this causes the participants to spend a lot of time in searching for
information. Nowadays more and more needs of participants to seek information
about the competition. But rarely the participants can find the competition in
accordance with the needs of these participants.
Systems that provide online competition-making services are still few in
Indonesia. There are several competitors who have similarities in application
functionality, some of which are Eventbrite and Challonge. Eventbrite specializes
users to search, create, and promote local events and Challonge specializes for
making match charts. This is an opportunity for Logue to propose a competition
system that suits the needs of the committee.
To get the best results on Logue website application development, application
development is divided into several divisions. The divisions contained in Logue
are, among others, front-end web, back-end API, and front-end Mobile (Android).
In this study, researchers will focus on developing front-end on the Logue
website. The design of this application using the application development method
is Scrum method, where this method prioritizes the needs of the user first done
repeatedly until the user needs are met and have a gradual workmanship system.
The results of this study are a website with features making online competition in
Logue.
