ABSTRAKSI: Informasi mengenai keberadaan serta layanan yang disediakan oleh puskesmas sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat terutama masyarakat golongan menengah kebawah. Hal ini berkaitan dengan dibutuhkannya layanan kesehatan masyarakat yang murah serta berkualitas agar dapat meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat yang tentunya berdampak meningkatnya kualitas hidup masyarakat. Mengingat banyaknya jumlah puskesmas yang tersebar di Indonesia serta beragamnya pelayanan kesehatan yang disediakan oleh tiap-tiap puskesmas tentunya membuat sangat sulit untuk mengetahui keberadaan puskesmas yang memiliki layanan seperti yang mereka butuhkan. Sehingga sangat tidak efisien jika masyarakat harus berkeliling mencari puskesmas yang mereka butuhkan dengan mendatangi satu per satu puskesmas yang ada di sekitar mereka.
Geographic Information System (GIS) adalah sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang menggabungkan antara unsur peta (geografi) dan informasi tentang peta tersebut (data atribut). Penggunaan teknologi GIS ini salah satunya untuk membantu mencari tempat atau lokasi yang diinginkan pada peta digital. Dengan bantuan Global Positioning System (GPS) yang bisa menunjukkan lokasi pengguna, membuat kita bisa mengetahui lokasi kita dan seberapa jauh lokasi yang ingin dikunjungi.
Pada Proyek Akhir ini, teknologi GIS dan GPS digabung dalam perangkat mobile untuk mengetahui lokasi serta informasi pelayanan puskesmas di kota Bandung. Aplikasi ini disertai navigator jalan dari lokasi user ke puskemas serta informasi katalog pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di puskesmas. Perangkat mobile yang digunakan adalah perangkat dengan sistem operasi android mengingat sistem operasi ini sangat maju dengan pesat dan harganya yang terjangkau oleh hampir semua kalangan termasuk masyarakat golongan menengah kebawah.Kata Kunci : Puskesmas, GIS, GPS, navigator, sistem operasi androidABSTRACT: Information about location and the services provided by health service community center are needed by the public, especially middle-class society. This is related with the needs for cheap and good quality of public health services in order to improve public health which would impact the increased quality of life. The large number of health service center throughout Indonesia and the diversity of the services provided by each health service community center would make it difficult to know the existence of health service community center that have the services they needed. So it is very inefficient if the public should search around for a health service community center that they need by visiting each health service community center around them.

The use of GIS technology is to help finding a place or desired location on digital maps. With the help of Global Positioning System (GPS) which can indicates the location of the user, enables us to know our location and how far you from the location.
At this Final Project, GIS and GPS technology combined in mobile devices to determine the location and services information of health service centers in Bandung city. This application includes navigator from the user location to the health service community center and the catalog information of the existing health services. Mobile device which used is android operating system considered this operating system is advanced rapidly and the price is affordable by almost all people, including middle class society.Keyword: health service community, GIS, GPS, navigator, android Operating System
