ABSTRAKSI: Suhu diatas standar yang terjadi di ruang perangkat telekomunikasi seperti ruang transmisi, sentral dan multimedia harus dihindari. Hal ini disebabkan pada suhu tinggi semua perangkat tersebut akan bekerja kurang maksimal atau dapat merusak salah satu komponen/modul yang sangat berpengaruh pada kinerja semua perangkat tersebut, sehingga akan menggangu sistem pertelekomunikasian dan mengakibatkan kerugian baik materil maupun non-materil yang sangat besar.
Proyek akhir ini dirancang untuk mengimplementasikan suatu sistem pemantau gangguan pada kinerja pendingin ruangan dalam bentuk prototype, dengan indikator berupa notifikasi kesalahan yang terjadi pada pendingin ruangan perangkat telekomunikasi dengan Judul Proyek Akhir adalah ”SISTEM PEMANTAU KINERJA PENDINGIN RUANGAN BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER AVR ATMEGA8535”. Sistem ini menggunakan sebuah sensor dan switch on-off yang akan memantau kondisi suhu ruangan dan blower kondensator, serta sistem penjadwalan untuk pemeliharaan sistem freon dan filter baik di bagian evaporator maupun kondensator setiap 3 bulan sekali.
Sistem pemantau ini menggunakan switch on-off sebagai indikator untuk meninjau keadaan blower kondensator dalam keadaan mati atau hidup dan sensor temperatur untuk meninjau suhu ruangan perangkat. Sistem pemantau ini dilengkapi dengan RTC yang berfungsi sebagai pengingat secara real time untuk pemeliharaan filter pada evaporator maupun kondensator pendingin ruangan agar dibersihkan serta pemantauan kondisi sistem freonnya setiap 3 bulan sekali. Keluaran dari indikator Switch on-off, sensor temperatur, dan RTC akan ditampilkan pada LCD. Switch on-off, sensor temperatur, RTC serta kelengkapan lainnya tersebut dipantau oleh mikrokontroler AVR ATMega8535. Sistem ini juga didukung dengan seperangkat alarm yang ditujukan ke pos satpam terdekat sebagai pemberitahuan awal telah terjadi gangguan pada pendingin ruangan dan melalui SMS ATCommand untuk pemberitahuan adanya gangguan pada pendingin ruangan kepada pihak terkait.Kata Kunci : AVR ATMega8535, LM35, Switch on-off, RTC, AT CommandABSTRACT: The temperature above which occurred in the living standards of telecommunications equipment as well as the transmission room, central and multimedia should be avoided. This final project is designed to implement a monitoring system disturbance on the performance of air conditioning in the form of a prototype, with notification of the error indicator on the telecommunication equipment room cooling, titled "MONITORS THE PERFORMANCE OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS BASED ON ATMEGA8535 AVR MICROCONTROLLER " This system uses a sensor and on-off switch that will monitor the condition of room temperature and condenser blower, plus a maintenance scheduling system for freon and filter system in both the evaporator and condenser every 3 months
The system monitors the performance of this air conditioner uses on-off switch as an indicator to review the state of the condenser blower on or off and temperature sensor to review the state of the room of temperature level. Monitoring system is equipped with the RTC that serves as a reminder in the real time to the maintenance of filters at the evaporator and condenser air conditioning in order to clean and conditioning monitoring that systems freon every three months. Output of the indicator on-off switch, temperature sensor and the RTC will be displayed on the LCD. On-off switch, temperature sensor, RTC and other fitting are monitored by ATMega8535 AVR microcontroller. The system is also supported by a set of alarms are directed to the nearest security station as the initial notification has been an interruption in air conditioning and via SMS to notice a disturbance in the air conditioning to the parties concerned.Keyword: AVR ATMega8535, LM35, On-off switch, RTC, AT Command
