ABSTRAKSI: Seiring dengan berkembangnya perkembangan teknologi, sistem daftar hadir yang biasa dilakukan oleh sekolah – sekolah pun bisa dilakukan dengan teknologi terbaru. Selama ini, sistem daftar hadir yang biasa di lakukan sekolah – sekolah dilakukan secara manual dengan buku menandatangani buku absensi yang biasa disediakan oleh pihak sekolah. Namun, bagi pihak sekolah yang membutuhkan pengawasan yang baik kepada siswa serta pengecekan yang rutin oleh orang tua kepada anaknya maka dibutuhan suatu sistem absensi yang lebih akurat agar tidak bisa dimanipulasi.
Pada proyek akhir ini sistem dapat direalisasikan dengan penggunaan RFID dan Website. Penggunaan RFID dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam menangani kasus manipulasi absen, sehingga tidak ada lagi siswa yang bolos sekolah dengan menitip absen kepada temannya. Sedangkan Website digunakan untuk menampilkan hasil keluaran dari data yang telah masuk ke database admin.
Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari pembuatan Proyek Akhir ini adalah tingkat kesalahan pembacaan dan pengidentifikasian RFID adalah 0%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, jarak deteksi maksimal RFID tag pelanggan terhadap RFID reader adalah 5 cm dengan maksimum sudut baca 60°. Sedangkan pada sistem SMS informasi kehadiran siswa kecepatan pengiriman dari gateway ke mobile phone rata-rata 1,875 detik/user pada jam biasa (21:00- 09:00) dan pada jam sibuk (09:00-21:00) rata-rata waktu pengiriman 3,7 detik/user dengan delay pengiriman antar sms adalah 1 detik. Sistem diharapkan dengan adanya sistem kehadiran siswa berbasis RFID dan web ini dapat memberikan pengawasan yang efisien terhadap siswa oleh orang tua dan guru.Kata Kunci : RFID, Php, MySQL, SMS , SMS GatewayABSTRACT: Along with the development of technological developments, present a list of systems is usually done by the school - any school can be done with the latest technology. The conclusion that can be taken from the making of this Final Project is the error rate and the identification of RFID reading is 0%.
