ABSTRAKSI: Unit Pelayanan teknis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (UPT-TIK) merupakan sebuah unit pelayanan teknis hasil kerjasama antara IT Telkom dan Departemen Perindustrian Direktorat Jendral Industri Kecil dan Menengah, yang bergerak dalam bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dengan adanya kerjasama itulah diharapkan mampu memberikan kesinergisan antara dunia pendidikan, pemerintah dan industri.
Web yang dibuat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan UPT-TIK sebagai fasilitas IKM (Industri Kecil dan Menengah). Web ini memakai Joomla sebagai design webnya dan menggunakan database MySQL. Fasilitas web UPT-TIK terdiri dari pemasangan barang baik itu software ataupun hardware, mempublikasikan film, dan event yang diadakan oleh UPT-TIK dan diharapkan event itu nantinya diikuti oleh pihak dari IKM, pemerintah, ataupun dari perorangan/professional.
Pengujian web ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software Webserver stress tool v7. Adapun parameter yang diuji yaitu waktu respon web, kecepatan web, processor load server pada jaringan peer to peer wired LAN dengan user yang berbeda-beda. Dari hasil uji didapat bahwa server hanya mampu menangani maksimal 200 user.

As it is this cooperate expected can give ‘kesinergisan’ between world of education, government, and industry.
The purpose of making this web is to introduce UPT-TIK as IKM’s (Small and Middle Industry) facility. This web is using Joomla as its web design and MySQL as database. Facility of web UPT-TIK consist of the Installation of the goods either hardware of software, Publication film and event which held by UPT-TIK and expected that event will be attendance by IKM, government, or individual/profesional
Tests were performed using the web software assistance Webserver stress tool v7. The parameter that were tested is a web response time, web speed, and processor load on the Peer to peer wired LAN network with the number of different users as well. From the test results shows that the server is only capable of handling maximum 200 user.
