ABSTRAKSI: Telepon merupakan alat komunikasi yang mudah digunakan. Sehingga layanan informasi yang menggunakan telepon mudah dalam mengakses informasinya. Selain mudah, informasi dapat diakses dengan cepat, dari mana saja dan kapan saja.
Sistem informasi jurusan Teknik Telekomunikasi ini merupakan aplikasi dari dialogic card tipe D/41 JCT-LS. Dialogic D/41 JCT-LS berfungsi nsebagai interface antara STDIK, pesawat telepon DTMF dan personal komputer. STDIK sebagai sentral telepon, pesawat telepon dan dialogic merupakan nomor ekstensi dari STDIK. Dialogic sebagai server dari layanan informasi ini. Ketika penelpon menghubungi server maka penelpon akan menerima voice guide dari server untuk menentukan informasi yang diinginkan dengan menekan digit – digit DTMFuntuk mengakses informasi tentang Jurusan Teknik Telekomunikasi IT TELKOM.
Bentuk keluaran yang dihasilkan dari pembuatan proyek akhir ini adalah sebuah prototype dari sebuah sistem informasi teknik telekomunikasi via telepon yang berbasis IVR dan menggunakan Dialogic D/41 JCT-LS yang dapat diakses oleh 4 telepon sekaligus.Kata Kunci : dialogic card, DTMF, STDIK.ABSTRACT: The phone is a communication tool that is easy to use.
