ABSTRAKSI: Perkembangan video streaming saat ini sudah banyak digunakan dan TV Over IP merupakan layanan TV streaming yang dilewatkan melalui jalur IP (Internet Protocol) yang dapat dinikmati lewat jaringan LAN IT Telkom. Pada proyek akhir dengan judul “LAYANAN STREAMING TV OVER IP MULTICHANNEL BERBASIS WEB di JARINGAN INTRANET ITTELKOM” merupakan salah satu cara untuk menambah layanan suatu jaringan lokal intranet di IT Telkom yang berbasis digital dan sebagai media pendistribusian content TV Kampus, selain layanan TV analog dan TV Kampus CATV.
Dimana mesin streaming server ini dikonfigurasi menggunakan satu buah PC sebagai web server untuk memberikan layanan TV Over IP Multichannel sebagai interface dengan user, setelah mesin streaming server telah aktif maka layanan ini dapat dinikmati melalui jaringan intranet maupun internet IT Telkom dengan melakukan proses streaming yang dilakukan pada sisi client.
Content layanan streaming berbasis web ini adalah Live TV Multicast secara analog dan secara streaming (TV Streaming) yang dihubungkan dengan streaming server, dengan menggunakan TV tuner internal sebagai input devais yang mendapat masukan sinyal analog TV dari jaringan CATV IT Telkom. Pada masing-masing mesin streaming server dikonfigurasi sedemikian rupa untuk mentransmisikan paket video secara multicast melalui interface web server streaming sehingga dapat diakses oleh client via intranet di IT Telkom.
Dengan adanya feature multichannel ini, mempermudah client untuk dapat memutar acara yang disukai dengan memilih channel yang cukup bervariasi baik siaran lokal maupun acara dari TV kampus pada interface web servernya.

Where the streaming server machine is configured to use one PC as a web server to provide services Multichannel TV Over IP as the interface with the user, after the engine has been active streaming server then this service can be enjoyed through a network of intranet and internet IT Telkom with the process stream that is done on the client.
Content streaming service is web based Live TV on analog and multicast are streaming (Streaming TV) associated with the streaming server, using the internal TV tuner as an input device that get input signals from analog TV CATV network IT Telkom. On each machine streaming server is configured in such a way to transmit a multicast packet video through the web interface so that the streaming server can be accessed by clients via the intranet IT Telkom.
With this feature multichannel, to facilitate the client can play the event by selecting the preferred channel that vary both local and broadcast events from the TV interface on the campus web server.
