ABSTRAKSI: Seiring dengan perkembangan dunia internet di Indonesia yang terus berkembang, dunia telekomunikasi sekarang ini membutuhkan akses broadband yang mampu mendukung banyak aplikasi. Saat ini Indonesia telah mengenal teknologi akses internet melalui sebuah teknologi Asymetric Digital Subscriber Line atau lebih dikenal dengan singkatan ADSL yang mampu melewatkan suatu layanan hingga kecepatan 8Mbps.
Saat ini dunia internet membutuhkan akses broadband yang baik agar mampu mendukung banyak aplikasi. Layanan internet saat ini lebih dikenal dengan istilah Triple Play yaitu Voice, Video, dan Data. Dalam proyek akhir ini, akan dianalisa Quality of Service (QoS) dari layanan Triple Play yang akan dilewatkan pada jaringan ADSL dengan membuat beberapa server seperti IPTV server, VoIP server, Streaming server, dan FTP server.
Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan, standar parameter QoS pada layanan triple play yang dilewatkan jaringan ADSL sudah terpenuhi. Dimana standar delta pada IPTV sebesar 150 ms, jitter sebesar 30 ms, dan packet loss sebesar 5%. Sedangkan pada VoIP standar delta sebesar 150 ms, jitter sebesar 30 ms, dan paket loss sebesar 5%.Kata Kunci : Triple Play, ADSL, IPTV, VoIP, QoSABSTRACT: By the development of internet in Indonesia that growth rapidly, it is necessary for industries of telecommunication to provide broadband access for many of application supporting. From now on Indonesia has use new technology of network broadband using Asymetric Digital Subscriber Line well known as ADSL system. It is far enough to be comparing with ADSL technology that can transfer data for up to 8 Mbps.
Nowadays internet technology needs appropriate broadband network for supporting many of internet application. Further usually internet application using known as Triple Play: Voice, Video, and Data. In this final project would be analyzed Quality of Service (QoS) of Triple Play services trough ADSL network with testing some of server such as IPTV, VoIP server, Streaming server, and FTP server.
From the final result of experiment shows the parameters of QoS still in the line of best standard as Triple Play services trough ADSL network. Whichever the standard value of delta for the IPTV service is 150 ms, with the jitter is 30 ms, and the packet loss is 5%.
