ABSTRAKSI: Manusia membutuhkan informasi kesehatan untuk menjaga pola hidup sehat. Smartphone sebagai telepon genggam tingkat tinggi yang mempunyai fungsi menyerupai komputer dan menyajikan fitur internet dapat mempermudah akses informasi kesehatan tersebut. Informasi penyakit, pengobatan, dan tips kesehatan yang ada pada aplikasi smartphone belum memiliki struktur yang baik. Pengguna dari aplikasi mobile tersebut juga belum dapat berbagi informasi mengenaipengalamannya tentang penyakit yang pernah diderita, pengobatan yang pernah dijalani, maupun tips kesehatan yang diketahuinya. Dalam penelitian ini dibangun aplikasi mobile health treatment dengan menggunakan metode iterative incremental yang dapat memberikan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut.
Aplikasi ini menerapkan konsep crowdsourcing yang merupakan pengembangan dari outsourcing dimana crowd dibutuhkan untuk memberikan solusi ataspermasalahan yang ada. Penerapan konsep crowdsourcing pada aplikasi ini berfungsi untuk memberikan kesempatan pada pengguna untuk berbagi pengalaman tentang kesehatan. Analisis dan perancangan dari aplikasi mobile ini menggunakan UML dan bahasa pemrograman Java Android. Selanjutnya aplikasi mobile ini diuji dengan melakukan pengujian fungsionalitas sistem dan feedback user.
Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa sistem yang dibangunsudah sesuai dengan perancangan sistem dan kebutuhan user. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi mobile crowdsourcing health treatment dapat mempermudah user untukberbagi informasi kesehatan, mempermudah dalam pencarian informasi, dan memberikan informasi kesehatan terbaru dan paling banyak dilihat.

Users of mobile applications is also not able to share information about experiences with it had suffered, the treatment of which ever done, and health tips that they know. In this research, health treatment mobile applications built using incremental iterative method that can provide solutions to these problems.
It embodies the concept of crowdsourcing which is the development of outsourcing in which the crowd needed to provide solutions to existing problems. Application of the concept of crowdsourcing on this application serves to provide opportunities for users to share experiences on health. Analysis and design of mobile applications using UML and Android Java programming language. Furthermore, the mobile application is tested by functionality testing of the system and user feedback.
The test results show that the system has been built in accordance with the system design and user requirements. The results of this study are mobile crowdsourcing applications of health treatment can facilitate users to share health information, simplify the search for information, and give the latest health information and most viewed.KEYWORD: crowdsourcing, Android, health treatment.
