ABSTRAKSI: Arsitektur enterprise (EA) merupakan suatu upaya memandang elemen-elemen yang ada di enterprise secara keseluruhan sebagai satu kesatuan. Selain itu, arsitektur enterprise mempunyai arti penting bagi organisasi sebab salah satu hasilnya adalah keselarasan antara TI dan kebutuhan bisnis. Untuk mengembangkan dan mengelola arsitektur enterprise perlu diadopsi atau dikembangkan sendiri EA framework dan EA Proses.
Zachman Framework, salah satu dari EA Framework, merupakan skema klasifikasi yang digunakan untuk mengorganisasikan artefak enterprise. Framework ini merupakan framework yang paling populer, diperkenalkan pertama kali oleh John Zachman dan kemudian diperluas bersama Sowa. Framework Zachman dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menentukan apakah suatu metodologi meliputi semua aspek dalam arsitektur enterprise atau sebaliknya aspek apa saja yang dicakup oleh suatu metodologi. Selain itu, framework ini menyediakan alat yang bernilai bagi arsitek enterprise untuk membantu mengelola artefak enterprise.
Dalam pengembangan atau pengelolaan produk arsitektur enterprise terdapat banyak proses/metodologi yang dapat dipakai. Perencanaan Arsitektur Enterprise (Enterprise Architecture Planning/EAP) yang berbasis pada Zachman Framework adalah salah satu metodologi arsitektur enterprise. EAP didefinisikan sebagai proses pendefinisian arsitektur dalam penggunaan informasi untuk mendukung bisnis dan rencana untuk mengimplementasikan arsitektur tersebut. Proses EAP mencakup dua baris teratas pada kolom data, fungsi, dan jaringan dalam Zachman Framework. EAP memberikan hasil berupa cetak biru TI, yaitu arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi sebagai pedoman untuk perancangan sistem TI.
Dalam tugas akhir ini, akan dicoba untuk menerapkan EAP di Bagian Logistik IT Telkom. Bagian Logistik merupakan suatu bagian yang berfungsi dalam kegiatan pengelolaan barang dan jasa yang meliputi kegiatan yang dimulai dari merencanakan sampai dengan penghapusan untuk semua unit. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah cetak biru arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi dan arsitektur teknologi.

In development or management of the enterprise architecture products there are many processes / methodologies that can be used. Enterprise Architecture Planning (Enterprise Architecture Planning / EAP) based on the Zachman Framework is one of the enterprise architecture methodology. EAP is defined as the process of defining the architecture in the use of information to support the business and plans to implement the architecture. EAP process includes the top two rows in a column of data, function, and tissue in the Zachman Framework. EAP provides a blueprint for the IT, namely the data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture as a guideline for the design of IT systems.
In this final task, will try to implement the EAP in Logistics IT Telkom. Logistics is part of a functioning part of the activities of management of goods and services which includes activities that are initiated from the plan until the removal to all units. The results of this thesis is a blueprint for data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture.
