ABSTRAKSI: Kebutuhan sistem yang dapat mendukung proses bisnis dari sebuah perusahaan semakin banyak saat ini. Perusahaan kecil sampai besar telah menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam membantu proses bisnis mereka baik itu proses penggajian pegawai ataupun proses management asset. Sistem ini biasa disebut Enterprise Application Software (EAS), tetapi dalam pembangunan sistem tersebut tidaklah mudah karena kompleks nya proses bisnis yang diimplementasikan kedalam sistem tersebut
Untuk memperkecil kompleksitas sistem dan mempermudah dalam proses pembangunan sistem dibutuhkan design pattern dalam proses design sistem tersebut sehingga mempermudah pembangunan sistem. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini digunakan dua jenis design pattern dalam pembangunan Asset Management System sebagai contoh dari Enterprise Application Software.
Kedua design pattern tersebut adalah MVC (Model View Controller) dan three tier. Setelah proses pembangunan sistem yang mengimplementasikan design pattern MVC dan Three tier dilakukan analisis perbandingan terhadap parameter metrics software, estimasi effort dan performansi sistem dalam penangan thread. Analisis tersebut dilakukan untuk melihat design pattern yang cocok terhadap EAS yang dibangun berdasarkan tiga parameter pengujian.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci : Enterprise Application Software, Design Pattern, MVC, Three TierABSTRACT: The need for systems that can support the business processes of a company more and more nowadays. Small to large companies have used information technology to support their business processes both payroll processing employee or asset management process. This system is commonly called Enterprise Application Software (EAS), but in the construction of such a system is not easy because of its complex business processes that are implemented into the system.
To minimize complexity of systems and simplify the process to development systems, we takes design pattern in the system design process thus simplifying the development of the system. In this final project used two types of design patterns in the development of Asset Management System as an example of the Enterprise Application Software.
Both of the design pattern are MVC (Model View Controller) and three tier. After the system development process that implements the MVC design pattern and Three tier conducted a comparative analysis of the parameters of software metrics, effort estimation and system performance in the handler thread. The analysis was carried out to see the design pattern that matches the EAS that is built upon three parameters of the test.Keyword: Key word : Enterprise Application Software, Design Pattern, MVC, Three Tier
