ABSTRAKSI: Perpustakaan ITTelkom merupakan salah satu perpustakaan dengan standar Nasional, memiliki layanan terlengkap dan modern antara lain layanan catalog, jurnal Internasional yang terdiri dari IEEE, GALE Cangage Learning, ProQuest, Emerald, Springer, EBSCO Host, dan The Wall Street Journal, memiliki layanan ICT, layanan karya ilmiah, layanan peminjaman koleksi buku penunjang akademik dan layanan referensi yang berupa textbook, ebook, CD/DVD interaktif serta ruangan perpustakaan yang nyaman. Salah satu layanan aplikasi yang paling sering diakses oleh para pengunjung adalah layanan aplikasi informasi buku. Layanan infomasi buku pada perpustakaan ITTelkom menyediakan informasi mengenai letak buku berdasar kategori, informasi buku seperti judul dan jumlah kesediaan. Disini informasi yang disediakan oleh aplikasi yang telah ada masih kurang lengkap dan penggunaan aplikasi harus on site. Perpustakaan IT Telkom belum memiliki aplikasi layanan sistem informasi yang menyajikan data lengkap buku yang dapat diakses oleh mahasiswa secara off site
Untuk itu dibuatlah Aplikasi client-server berbasis android dengan maksud untuk melengkapi sistem yang sudah ada. Disini aplikasi menyajikan data informasi buku yang ada pada perpustakaan IT Telkom, baik data yang sudah ada pada buku maupun data lainnya seperti informasi related book, related link, dan biography penulis. Pengunjung dapat mengakses informasi tersebut baik secara on site maupun off site dengan memanfaatkan fitur yang dimiliki pada aplikasi. Fitur yang dimiliki seperti scan barcode, manual search , koleksi buku, serta histori peminjaman buku. Aplikasi ini diuji menggunakan Mean Opinion Score untuk mendapat feedback mengenai aplikasi , menguji setiap fungsi yang ada serta menguji performansi aplikasi.
Pada tugas akhir ini, dapat dihasilkan suatu aplikasi client server berbasis Android untuk perpustakaan ITTelkom. Dan dari hasil pengujian aplikasi serta fitur yang dimiliki dapat digunakan untuk mengakses informasi buku secara on site ataupun off site serta lebih dari bahwa 50 % lebih responden menyatakan aplikasi memuaskan

Here the application presents data book information available at the library IT Telkom, whether existing data on other data such as books and book related information, related links, and author biography. Visitors can access information either on site or off site by utilizing the features of the application. Features such as scan barcodes owned, manual search, a collection of books, as well as the history of borrowing books. This application was tested using the Mean Opinion Score to get feedback on the application, test each function as well as test the performance of existing applications.
At the end of this task, can be generated an Android-based client server application for ITTelkom library. And trials as well as the features of the application can be used to access information in books or on site and off site more than that 50% of respondents said application satisfying
