ABSTRAKSI: Jantung adalah organ penting dalam tubuh manusia yang berfungsi untuk memompa darah ke seluruh tubuh. Aktivasi otot jantung dapat diukur memakai peralatan yang disebut elektrokardiograf atau EKG. Dengan bantuan elektroda sebagai transduser akan didapatkan sinyal EKG dari tubuh. Kemudian sinyal EKG yang masih lemah ini akan dikuatkan dan difiltering agar mudah diukur dan diakuisisi.
Televisi merupakan perangkat elektronik yang sudah menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat banyak dari berbagai tingkat strata ekonomi. Televisi sudah dipergunakan sebagai salah satu jenis hiburan di kantor-kantor pemerintahan termasuk kecamatan dan Puskesmas di daerah. Kondisi tersebut merupakan peluang baru dalam pemanfaatan televisi sebagai media lain, tidak sekedar hanya dipergunakan untuk mencari hiburan atau melihat berita saja.
Tugas akhir ini telah merealisasikan televisi sebagai visualisasi dalam monitoring EKG. Dengan bantuan perangkat mikrokontroler untuk mengolah sinyal EKG sehingga dapat ditampilkan di layar televisi untuk dapat memonitor kerja jantung seseorang secara kontinyu.Kata Kunci : EKG, mikrokontroler, TVABSTRACT: The heart is an important organ in the human body that serves to pump blood throughout the body. Television is an electronic device that has become a community needs a lot of different levels of economic strata. Television has been used as one kind of entertainment in the government offices including the district and health centers in the area. These conditions are new opportunities in the use of television as another medium, not just only used for entertainment or just see the news.
This final project was to realize the television as a visualization of ECG monitoring. With the help of the microcontroller to process the ECG signal so that it can be displayed on the television screen to be able to monitor a person's heart work continuously.Keyword: ECG, microkontroler, TV
