The integration of blockchain technology in halal supply chains presents a transformative approach to addressing challenges related to transparency, traceability, and regulatory compliance. Despite its potential, limited research has examined the impact of blockchain adoption on halal compliance, supply chain resilience, and company performance, particularly among halal-certified small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bandung, Indonesia. The study aims to fill this critical gap by employing a quantitative research design with structural equation modeling to analyze the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal that blockchain adoption significantly enhances supply chain resilience, which subsequently contributes to improved company performance. However, the direct influence of halal compliance on company performance remains inconclusive, suggesting that its positive effects may primarily emerge indirectly through enhanced supply chain mechanisms rather than through direct performance gains. The study contributed to the growing body of knowledge by offering empirical evidence of blockchain's strategic value in strengthening supply chain operations within the halal sector. The results showed that blockchain adoption significantly strengthen the supply chain resilience while halal compliance surprisingly was not supporting the company performance. This study will offer practical insights for SMEs and policymakers to leverage blockchain as a pivotal tool for fostering consumer trust and gaining a competitive edge in the global halal market. Future research should investigate additional variables and conduct cross-industry comparisons to further substantiate and extend these findings.
