PT Perusahaan Gas Negara is a company engaged in the transmission and distribution of natural gas in Indonesia. One of its supporting units is the IT Planning, which is responsible for managing risks and work programs that responsible for overseeing strategic initiative and managing organizational risks. However, the collection of risk and work programs data are still performed manually, resulting in inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and challenges in risk assessment and strategic alignment. Moreover, the absence of an integrated system hinders effective data consolidation and decision-making. To address these issues, this final project proposes the development of an Enterprise Architecture (EA) as a structured solution. EA serves as a blueprint that aligns business processes, data, applications, and technology to enable a risk-based work programs evaluation and integrated reporting of work programs. The EA design process in the IT Planning Unit is carried out using the TOGAF ADM (The Open Group Architecture Framework), which consists of several phases including Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, and Migration Planning. By utilizing the EA approach, the IT Planning Unit is expected to improve governance, transparency, and the overall effectiveness of the business functions at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara.
