This study aims to analyze the relationship between and among HR practices, perceived organizational support, work stress, job satisfaction, and engagement for banking employee. The research data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to 178 respondents. The questionnaire used had 81 statements. In analyzing the relationship between each of these, variables correlation analysis is used. There is a correlation between HR practices with perceived organization support, work stress, job satisfaction, and engagement. From the analysis of the data, the research shows that there is a significant positive relationship between HR practice, perceived organizational supports, job satisfaction, and employee engagement. Work stress has negative relationship between and among HR practice, perceived organizational supports, job satisfaction, and employee engagement.
