This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Workshop on Distributed Computing for Emerging Smart Networks, DiCES-N 2022, held in Bizerte, Tunisia, in February 2022. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held online. The 5 full papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 14 submissions.
