Based on the high number of MSMEs in Indonesia, there are still some obstacles in managing existing resource data. For that we need an information system that can support the needs of MSME technology that provides maximum results but does not require large costs in its use. The shared service system is one solution that can be used to help the technology needs of MSME entrepreneurs in Indonesia. By creating a website-based shared service information system which will later be divided into several existing modules that are integrated with each other, it aims to help MSME entrepreneurs easily manage their resources. Researchers use Agile development methods and the Laravel framework in making websites. To describe user needs, researchers use UML. Application testing is done using Black Box testing and UAT methods. Making a shared service application based on this website will focus on the Human Resource module, especially the employee data management section. The features that will be developed include managing employee data, attendance, divisions, and reports in ready-to-use formats. With the development of this application, it is hoped that in the future it can help MSME entrepreneurs, especially in the field of Human Resources who manage existing resource data.
