The CTLE of Telkom University is on mission to implement e-learning by making
every lectures to be delivered in e-learning. One of the chosen media to deliver the
course in e-learning is video-based learning. Since that, one of the top priority courses
to be made earlier is project management due to the its complexity. Not to mention that
in the coming years project management-oriented job will have an 82% premium wages
higher than non-project management oriented. One of the learning outcome which is a
knowledge area within project management that is so critical to the project is project
integration knowledge that is why the project is to deliver the project integration
knowledge area in project management course. However, due to the uncertainty
surrounded the e-learning, with high failure rate, the project is risky. Preventing it will
require a well-develop project plan. Nevertheless, e-learning project will need project
management approach, since embedding project management will align designer and
academics goal. The study found that the project management plan helped the project
team to deliver the video-based learning for project integration knowledge in project
management course. This study will be useful for developing project management plan
in e-learning project. Through the execution of the project until it ends, the project has
been categorized as a failure due to the failed quality being met in the process. On the
other hand, the video-based learning has been successfully made using the adjusted
design sprint. Finally, the video-based learning has increased the average score of
students after watching video-based learning.
