Family Karaoke Concepts for the first time was introduced in Indonesia by Santoso with the establishment
of Happy Puppy Self-Service Family Karaoke Box on November 14, 1992, in Surabaya. Demand for
karaoke entertainment in Bandung has increased, at the same time survey, Top Brand Image entertainment
Karaoke family evening performed by frontier consulting in 2017 shows Diva and Happy Puppy as a
pioneer of karaoke entertainment at the lowest position. This study aims to observe how much the
contribution price and quality of service to purchase decisions on family karaoke Happy Puppy and Diva.
The formulation of the problem is what predictor of the purchase decision that causes the lowest Top Brand
Image (decreased). The research method used in this research use survey with associative technique to
analyze influence between variable. Respondents used as many as 100 people in the city of Bandung.
