This study aims to examine how much the influence of interpersonal communication on work motivation of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International's employees. Theoritical principle used on interpersonal communication variables based on theory stated by De Vito (2000) that interpersonal communication will be effective if it contains the elements: openess, empathy, being supportive, positive attitude, and equality. The theoritical principle used for work motivation is derived from Namawi (2008) stated that work motivation consists of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations.
