Security key at this time very much we found. User behavior is the key after leaving the house sometimes forget to lock the door cause should recheck the door or even feel it in the lock but have not locked the resulting threat of valuables at home is lost due to the fault of themselves or others. The system checks the automatic locking doors and remotely using a microcontroller-based SMS gateway is a locked door detector and can be locked remotely if the home state has not been locked. Expected with the creation of a tool checking doors and automatic lock-based remote SMS Gateway and this microcontroller make it easier for homeowners to check the door remotely.
In this final project created a tool that serves as a checking doors and automatic remote locking AVR microcontroller-based AT-Mega 16. Work system of this instrument is set Tx and Rx microcontroller with v1.1 Icomsat modem can used to communication .Then, LCD will display the indicator modem is ready or not, and to bring the SMS sent or not.
With this final project, the writer hope people can use lock, unlock, and perform remote checking of SMS-based so it can be easier to use home security system.
