Abstraksi

This research was conducted at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Main Branch Office Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Division Personnel & General Affairs. PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) is one of the State-Owned Enterprises of Transportation engaging in airport services. Thus, the company requires human resources that have quality work productive, innovative and discipline. The purpose of this research is to investigate if there is any influence of organization culture on discipline in work in the PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Main Branch Office Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Division Personnel & General Affairs PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) has Division Personnel & General Affairs who served in the field of personnel. The problem examined in this study is decreasing discipline in work. Beside it, organizational culture influence to employee behavior, strong organizational culture will influence the formation of employee behavior. The research method used was survey with causal descriptive data analysis techniques. Furthermore, the techniques of data collection by way of questionnaire. The data collected by using questionnaire obtained from 53 employees as the population. The instruments used are the likert scale model of the now modified. Data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. Research results show that organization culture have a positive and significant influence on the discipline in work at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Main Branch Office Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Division Personnel & General Affairs. Research result show that organization culture have a positive influence there is on discipline in work in the PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Main Branch Office Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Division Personnel & General Affairs.
