ABSTRAKSI: Televisi adalah salah satu kebutuhan sekunder yang diperlukan oleh semua orang. Dengan adanya televisi kita dapat mengetahui kejadian atau informasi yang sedang marak dibicarakan saat ini. Televisi juga bisa sebagai media hiburan bagi keluarga, terutama bagi anak–anak yang sangat menyukai acara kartun di televisi. Kadangkala, beberapa acara di televisi kurang cocok untuk di saksikan oleh anak – anak di bawah umur seperti sinetron, gossip dan acara lainnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat memblokir frekuensi acara tersebut sehingga dapat membantu orang tua untuk menjaga anak – anak mereka dari acara di televisi.
Sistem pemblokir frekuensi televisi analog yang dirancang pada Proyek Akhir ini menggunakan Mikrokontroler Atmega8535, RTC, LCD, Osilator, dan Pushbutton. Mikrokontroler Atmega8535 berfungsi sebagai pengolah data input dari RTC yang kemudian akan ditampilkan ke LCD. Input data untuk mengaktifkan osilator dapat dilakukan secara manual oleh user dengan menggunakan Pushbutton, format data yang dapat diinputkan berupa jam : menit : detik. Data tersebut akan diolah oleh Mikrokontroler apabila sudah sesuai, maka kaki basis Transistor C1730 yang terdapat pada Osilator akan mendapatkan tegangan input dari mikrokontroler sebesar 0 – 5 volt yang akan menghasilkan frekuensi yang dapat diubah – ubah sesuai dengan input tegangan dari Mikrokontroler. Frekuensi yang dihasilkan oleh osilator memiliki daya yang lebih besar dibandingkan daya frekuensi televisi yang menyebabkan frekuensi televisi akan diblokir oleh frekuensi osilator.
Hasil yang didapat dari Proyek Akhir ini yaitu sistem pemblokir frekuensi televisi analog dapat bekerja dengan baik, untuk televisi dengan antena dalam (indoor) mampu memblokir frekuensi dengan jarak alat dengan televisi 1 – 5 cm, sedangkan untuk televisi dengan antena luar (outdoor) mampu memblokir frekuensi dengan jarak alat dengan televisi 1 cm. Dengan demikian sistem pemblokir frekuensi televisi analog dapat dimanfaatkan orangtua untuk menjaga anak – anak mereka dari acara di televisi.Kata Kunci : Mikrokontroler Atmega8535, CVAVR , RTC, Pushbutton, OsilatorABSTRACT: Television is one of the secondary needs required by everyone. Therefore we need a system that can block the frequency of the event that can help parents to keep the child - their child from the event on television.
Blocker frequency analog television system that is designed on the final project using ATmega8535 Microcontroller, RTC, LCD, oscillator, and a pushbutton. ATmega8535 microcontroller serves as a data processor input of the RTC which will then be displayed to the LCD. Input data to enable the oscillator can be done manually by the user by using the pushbutton, the data format can be input in the form of hours: minutes: seconds. The data will be processed by the microcontroller when it is appropriate, then the base contained in C1730 Transistor Oscillator will get the input voltage of the microcontroller by 0-5 volts which will produce frequencies that can be modified - change according to the input voltage of the microcontroller. Frequency generated by the oscillator has a power greater than the power of television frequencies that cause the television frequencies will be blocked by the oscillator frequency.
The results of this final project is blocking frequency analog television system can work well, for a television with an antenna in the (indoor) was able to block the frequency with distance tool with televisions 1-5 cm, whereas for television with an external antenna (outdoor) were able to block with a frequency range of 1 cm device with television.
