ABSTRAKSI: Roket merupakan salah satu wadah kedirgantaraan yang digunakan untuk meluncurkan beban hingga ke tujuan yang diinginkan. Roket itu sendiri memiliki makna yang strategis, dapat digunakan dalam misi perdamaian maupun pertahanan. Sedangkan, pada roket senjata akan membawa bahan peledak (warhead) yang dapat menghancurkan. Oleh sebab itu, negara yang menguasai kemandirian teknologi peroketan dengan baik, akan disegani oleh negara- negara lain di seluruh dunia. Di bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknolokgi dituntut upaya yang terus menerus untuk mewujudkan pengembangan roket ini agar terwujud kemandirian dan kesejahteraan. Oleh karena itu, telah dibuat sebuah software user interface dari muatan roket (payload) itu sendiri yang berfungsi sebagai ground stations perangkat telemetri untuk monitoring sikap (attitude) dan memiliki sistem kamera untuk melakukan pengamatan yang mampu mengambil gambar bumi dari udara.
Proyek akhir ini akan dirancang dan direalisasikan berupa user interface yang berfungsi sebagai ground statations pada muatan roket (payload) dengan media transmisi yaitu Radio Frequency (RF). Dalam pembuatan user intefacenya digunakan software visual basic 6.0. Muatan roket tersebut dapat bekerja dengan baik karena dilengkapi sensor – sensor yang mendukung agar dapat melakukan telemetry dengan sempurna.. Semua sensor tersebut dihubungkan oleh mikrokontroller yang telah diprogram.
Proyek akhir ini memiliki keandalan dalam sistem yang digunakan di user interface. Sensor kompas, memiliki tingkat error adalah arah utara : 0,28 % ; timur : 3,33 % ; selatan ; 1,11% ; dan barat : 0,74% sehingga dapat disimpulkan sensor kompas bekerja cukup akurat. Dalam pengujian G-Shock, G-Force, dan Vibrasi dapat menerima data 100 % sehingga layak untuk diikutkan dalam kompetisi.Kata Kunci : Kata Kunci : Roket, Payload, General User Interface, Ground Stations, telemetri.ABSTRACT: Rocket is one of the containers that are used for aerospace launch loads up to the desired destination. The rocket itself has a strategic significance, can be used in peacekeeping missions and defense. It depends on the load carried by the rocket. Therefore, countries that control well rocketry technology independence, will be respected by other countries around the world. In the field of science and technology required continuous efforts to realize development of this rocket to manifest independence and welfare. Therefore, the authors have created an interface of payload rocket itself, which serves as the telemetry ground stations for monitoring the attitude and has a camera system to observe the earth was able to take pictures from the air.
The final project will be designed and realized in the form of interface that serves as ground statations on the rocket payload transmission media is Radio Frequency (RF). In the manufacture of the author interface using visual basic 6.0 software. The rocket payload can work well as equipped with sensors that support in order to perform telemetry perfectly. All sensors are connected by a microcontroller which has been programmed.
This project has the reliability of the system used in the user interface. Sensor compass, has a level of error is direction of north: 0.28%; east: 3,33%; south; 1.11%; and western: 0.74% so that can be concluded sensor compass worked quite accurate.
