ABSTRAKSI: Ujian merupakan sarana yang penting dalam menentukan grade pelajar, tak jarang terjadi kecurangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Salah satunya mungkin akibat dari kurang tegasnya pengawas. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi pula, maka dicari alternatif lain dalam pengawasan ujian. Salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi livestreaming( penyiaran secara langsung). Keadaan ruang ujian di capture kemudian di streamingkan dari server.
Pada proyek akhir ini telah dibuat suatu sistem dengan judul “ MONITORING UJIAN DENGAN VIDEO STREAMING BERBASIS WEB “. Pada realisasinya telah dibuat dua server, streaming server dan web server. Client mengakses video streaming yang dicaptured oleh webcam melalui web.
Adapun hasil dari pembuatan Monitoring Ujian Dengan Video Streaming Berbasis Web ini nantinya adalah dapat digunakan dan dimanfaatkan dalam monitoring ujian untuk mengurangi aksi kecurangan. Delay yang terjadi saat diakses pada satu client sebesar 30,813 ms,dan nilai jitter sebesar 54,57 , keduanya termasuk dalam kategori baik menurut standar ITU-T. Sedangkan nilai MOS yang didapat dari pendapat 30 client yang menggunakan sistem ini adalah 3,26 yang temasuk dalam kategori baik.Kata Kunci : video streaming, web,webcamABSTRACT: Examination is an important media to determine grade of student, but sometimes thare are being dishonest act. One of the reason maybe because of infirm of the stakeout. Being the development of technology, so there is found another alternative in examination controlling. One of them by using live-streaming technology. The condition of examination is captured then streamed from server.
In this final project has created a system of “EXAMINATION MONITORING USING STREAMING VIDEO BASED ON WEB”. Its realization has created two server, streaming server and web server. Client can access video streaming that has captured by webcam through the web.
As for result from making of EXAMINATION MONITORING USING STREAMING VIDEO BASED ON WEB , this is can be used in examination monitoring to reduce dishonest act. Delay that occured when accessed in one client is 30.813 ms, and the jitter value is 54,57, both of them included in good category referred from ITU-T standard. While the MOS value which obtained from the opinion of 30 user that used this system is 3,26 that included in good category.Keyword: video streaming, web,webcam
