ABSTRAKSI: Saat ini penggunaan hanphone (HP) untuk sarana komunikasi, informasi dan hiburan telah menjadi trend dimasyarakat. Penggunaan HP tersebut tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kebutuhan akan ketersediaan voucher pulsa agar HP dapat dioperasikan dan menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik. Voucher pulsa yang disediakan oleh operator penyedia jasa telekomunikasi berbentuk fisik (kartu), dan elektronik (MKIOS). Cara pengisian voucher pulsa elektronik yang umum saat ini adalah yang dilakukan secara manual dengan mendial atau mengirimkan SMS request ke nomor operator dengan format tertentu. Kelemahan dari metode ini adalah sering terjadinya kesalahan (human error) dalam penulisan format request, dan rekam transaksi yang tidak dapat dimonitoring secara otomatis baik oleh penjual maupun pembeli. Untuk meminimalisasi kendala yang ada tersebut, dalam proyek akhir ini dibuat sebuah aplikasi pengisian voucher pulsa elektronik berbasis web.
Proyek akhir ini merupakan pengembangan dari proyek akhir yang telah ada sebelumnya. Aplikasi yang dibuat memiliki fitur layanan lebih lengkap dan terstruktur meliputi layanan penjualan voucher pulsa, keanggotaan, penambahan pulsa deposit member, informasi transaksi, dan disertai dengan tool keamanan untuk melindungi transaksi yang ada didalam aplikasi.
Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database server MySQL. Untuk tool keamanan dalam aplikasi ini menggunakan metode md5 untuk enkripsi password dan CAPTCHA.
Setelah diimplementasikan aplikasi ini kemudian diuji. Hasilnya semua menu pada aplikasi ini dapat berjalan dan diakses oleh user. Dari segi akses, rata-rata download time menu admin diperoleh 7 detik dengan rata-rata ukuran download 14,57 kb setiap halaman. Sedangkan member adalah 5 detik dengan rata-rata ukuran download 15,8 kb setiap halaman. Dari pengujian kepuasan user, 87% dari 46 member, menyatakan puas dengan layanan aplikasi dan performansi web yang diberikan.Kata Kunci : pulsa, web, voucher, transaksi, md5, CAPTCHAABSTRACT: Currently cell phone use (HP) to the means of communication, information and entertainment has become the trend of the community. To minimize these existing constraints, in this final project created a charging applications web-based electronic vouchers.
This final project is the development of the final project that has been there before. Applications are made to have a more comprehensive service features and structured along with security tools for protecting financial transactions as well as sales and purchase vouchers. These application services include sales, membership, purchase or deposit additional credits, and account information of members.
This application was built using the PHP programming language, MySQL database server. For security tool in this application using md5 for password encryption and CAPTCHA to the registration process.
Once this application is designed and tested. The result of all menus in this application can be run and accessed by the user. From the aspect of access, the average download time admin menu obtained by 7 seconds with an average size of 14.57 kb download each page. While the member is 5 seconds with an average download size of 15.8 kb per page.
