ABSTRAKSI: Plaza 1 Pondok Indah yang terletak di Jakarta Selatan merupakan konsep rukan di tengah kota yang serba lengkap dan modern yang merupakan pilot project implementasi triple play service di Indonesia. Inisiatif yang dimulai sejak akhir 2008 oleh Divisi Access Telkom menyepakati penggunaan teknologi FTTH (Fiber To The Home) menggunakan teknologi GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) yang dapat mendukung triple play service. Plaza 1 Pondok Indah Jakarta Selatan mengimplementasikan FTTH (Fiber To The Home) dimana fiber optik akan sampai ke rumah para pelanggan.
Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil perancangan jaringan FTTH tersebut dengan melihat parameter-parameter antara lain yaitu Link Power Budget dan Rise Time Budget serta peramalan kebutuhan demand selama 10 tahun yang akan datang.
Hasil uji Link Power Budget yaitu total redaman yang dihasilkan pada uplink tersebut sebesar 21.26 dB, dan total redaman yang dihasilkan pada downlink tersebut sebesar 21.53 dB, kedua redaman ini masih berada di bawah standar GPON sesuai ITU-T G.984 sebesar 28 dB maupun standar yang dikeluarkan pihak Telkom sebesar 26 dB. Hasil uji Rise Time Budget yaitu untuk arah downlink dengan bitrate sebesar 2,4 Gbps, pelanggan terjauh menghasilkan Ttotal sebesar = 0.250 ns. Ttotal masih berada dibawah nilai Tsistem sebesar 0,2917 ns. Untuk arah uplink dengan bitrate sebesar 1.2 Gbps, pelanggan terjauh menghasilkan Ttotal sebesar = 0.250 ns. Ttotal masih berada dibawah nilai Tsistem sebesar 0.5833 ns. Peramalan kebutuhan bandwidth menggunakan model Kuadratik untuk paket Socialia, Load, Familia, Executive, dan Biz secara berturut-turut yaitu 0 Mbps, 26.5874 Mbps, 61.4286 Mbps, 62.7142 Mbps, 93.4287 Mbps. Maka total bandwidth yang digunakan hingga tahun 2021 adalah 244.1589 Mbps

This final project will be evaluating the results of FTTH network design by looking at the parameters such as the Link Power Budget and Rise Time Budget and demand need forecast for 10 years forward.
Link Power Budget test result shows the total damping that was produced on the uplink is 21.26 dB, and the total damping that was produced on the downlink is 21.53 dB, both attenuations are still under the appropriate standard GPON ITU-T G.984 standard of 28 dB or the standard issued by Telkom of 26 dB. Rise Time Budget test result is for the downlink with bitrate of 2.4 Gbps, farthest customers produce Ttotal = 0250 ns. Ttotal is still below the value of Tsistem as much as 0.2917 ns. For the uplink direction with a bitrate of 1.2 Gbps, farthest customers produce Ttotal = 0250 ns. Ttotal is below the value of Tsistem as much as 0.5833 ns. The demand forecast of bandwidth use Quadratic model for Socialia package, Load, Familia, Executive, and Biz sequencely are 0 Mbps, 26.5874 Mbps, 61.4286 Mbps, 62.7142 Mbps, 93.4287 Mbps. So the total bandwidth used up in 2021 is 244.1589 Mbps.
