ABSTRAKSI: Perkembangan terknologi telekomunikasi dan sistem informasi membuat pemakai dapat mengakses data di mana saja dan kapan saja dengan internet, web service solusinya. Dan kepopuleran teknologi Bluetooth terlihat terintegrasi hampir di setiap perangkat keras, baik komputer, perangkat telekomunikasi bahkan alat kesehatan. Dalam sekali tekan, perangkat apapun yang terhubung dengan jaringan lokal Bluetooth dapat melakukan komunikasi, sehingga pertukaran informasi menjadi hal yang sangat mudah.
Integrasi kedua media komunikasi tersebut mampu menciptakan sistem yang sangat berguna dalam distribusi data yang berada pada perangkat Pocket PC untuk keperluan medik, yang berupa telemonitoring EKG. Hal ini bermanfaat untuk mengirimkan data baik dalam personal area maupun di luar lokal area. Sistem telemonitoring EKG telah banyak dikembangkan, hingga dalam ukuran yang sangat compact yaitu pada Pocket PC sehingga si pasien dapat memonitor keadaannya sendiri. Tetapi hal ini masih terbatas pada akuisisi data dari tubuh pasien ke Pocket PC, serta terdapat noise yang terlewatkan akibat pergerakan badan karena alat yang terpakai pasien bersifat wearable.
Tugas Akhir ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem perangkat lunak untuk mendistribusikan data melalui Bluetooth dan web service dan dilengkapi wavelet denoising untuk men-denoise sinyal. Implementasi ini hanya meliputi perangkat lunak. Hasil yang diperoleh dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat menampilkan sinyal kembali, mereduksi noise yang masih ditimbulkan, menyimpan data, dan dapat mengirimkan data ke jaringan internet yang diimplementasikan sebagai denoising otomatis yang apabila pasien mengirimkan data berupa sinyal noise, fungsi di internet akan mengembalikan sinyal tersebut dalam keadaan noise telah tereduksi.Kata Kunci : Web Service, EKG, wavelet denoising, sistem perangkat lunakABSTRACT: The vast development of telecommunication of technology and information system has made users able to access the data anywhere and anytime with internet - web service is the one. Popularity of Bluetooth technology was integrated in most recently hardware such as computer, laptop, telecommunication peripherals, and so health care peripheral. One click event, any peripheral on Bluetooth’s personal access network, can build communication each other, and data exchange becomes a whole thing.
Integration both of two technologies above was able to build an application system which useful in distributing data which planted in Pocket PC for medical need, such as ECG monitoring. Many ECG monitoring system was developed up to in compact size there is in Pocket PC, with result, patient was able to monitoring ECG herself or himself. It is limited only acquisition data from body surface to the device.
This final work is to design and implement software system for data distribution via Bluetooth and web service and completely using wavelet de-noising for signal noise reduction. This final work covers software implementation. The result which obtained by this final work is such a system which able to show up the signal shape, de-noising the signal, saving the signal and then able to transfer data to internet network in case implementation of automatic de-noising, in condition when patient transmit data like noisy signal, function which plants on internet able to return the value of signal with noise reduction condition.Keyword: Web Service, ECG, wavelet denoising, application system
