Research on learning organization has been widely applied in various organizations especially business organizations (companies). One question raised whether colleges (universities), which is considered as an organization where learning process takes place automatically can be regarded as a learning organization. This study tried to capture Telkom University as one of university in Bandung, Indonesia to see if as a college, Telkom university meet various as learning organization. This study is expected to answer the question whether a university as a place of learning processes can automatically be regarded as a learning organization. The result of this study will be useful especially for Telkom university to enhance their role and position as the organization that runs the learning process.
