Abstraksi

PT. Voltech Kreasi Engineering is a company engaged in the production of panels and other electrical circuits, such as MCC Panels, PLC Panels, LSB Panels and LDP Panels. Sales of MCC Panels are the biggest sales in this company, so the MCC Panel is the main goal for analyzing existing suppliers and knowing the factors that cause delays at PT. VOLTECH KREASI ENGINEERING. The problem that is often faced by companies when carrying out the product distribution process is the delay of one of the raw material suppliers in delivery which causes the MCC Panel manufacturing process to stop. In addition, these delays result in lost time, costs, and a lack of trust. The method used in this research is AHP. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, 6 alternatives were obtained, namely PT. Mediatara General Sistemindo, PT. Multi Matra Electroindo, PT. Maxindo Energitama, PT. Danfoss Indonesia, PT. Wildlertindo Innovation Solution, PT. Mediatara General Sistemindo and 6 company criteria, namely price, availability of goods, method of payment, warranty, after sales and lead time. The best supplier is obtained by PT. Danfoss Indonesia. It can be shown that PT. Danfoss Indonesia for all criteria has the highest priority final weight value, namely 0.253. Based on the priority weight value, it shows that the A4 product alternative is the most superior in fulfilling the attribute criteria for determining suppliers, so that the final result is that the A4 product alternative is the best and reliable alternative that can be done by producers.
