<p>Fiber to the Home (FTTH) can be used to meet the increasing bandwidth and access speed requirements brought about by the rapid growth of telecommunication technology. In this case, there are a few concerns with Internet service providers' (ISPs') expansion in some property area, like ongoing installations on poles, cables, and underground grids, and the provider's exclusive business model in that area. Actually, a multi-provider solution is available on GPON technology by linking integration with many ISP-based FTTH sharing infrastructures.<br /> This research aims to provide a techno-economic analysis of FTTH-GPON sharing infrastructure that was built and invested in by property developers in its owned property area. The results show that integration of many ISPs is possible by utilizing VLAN on FTTH-GPON sharing infrastructure, and the investment by property developers will be profitable in the long run, although there is a significant initial cost for CAPEX.
