<p>The application of E-Government at the Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Sarolangun Regency is an important thing to do so that the public can freely access information about the actual and transparent performance of local governments. Making a website for the Regional Archives and Library Office of Sarolangun Regency is considered to be able to carry out the function of E-Government so that people can more easily get information related to government performance and vice versa. The Web Engineering development method is used in the process of developing an assembled website, this method is considered suitable to be able to recognize the needs of the system to be developed and apply a systematic process so that system development becomes more organized. The results obtained from websites that were tested using the Webqual 4.0 method gave User Satisfaction results of 93.33%, which indicates that users are satisfied with the performance of the website developed.</p>
