Abstraksi

For supporting BPPT business process that have a hight interopability infomation , in order need E-Government that can helping for increasing service in BPPT .One of services which have the most intensive demand is lice nsing service. Bandung have been implemented Bandung One Stop service, it’s mean that all of licensing service ar handled by one organization. BPPT is organization which take this responsibility. As the public service, BPPT have a high information interopability,it’s caused by BPPT need service from another external organization. For managing this problem, licensing service need integrastion system that can handle it. Fisrt focus is determine business process improvement as the key of system changing. For developing architecture design which have a high compatibility with the system, we need guidance from business perspective. Because of that, this research adopt top down perspective for designing architecture based on integrated service. Service Oriented A rchitecture is best practice for designing integrated service. From businesss perspective, we need Enterprise Architecture as the strategy for implement technology which have a high compatibility with business goal. This research use Enterprise Architectur e Planning (EAP) form Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Model Driven Architecture for designing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Our focus only in Planform Indepent Model (PIM), that represent in Business Process Modelling Notation (BMPN) and will be transformed into UML diagram SOA, BPM, PIM, web service, MDA, EAP
