Educational institution should develop strong culture in learning. This related with their main mission to deliver up-to date education materials. Educational organization faced competitive environment to deliver provide better education program. In doing· so, they need to have great human resources which perform better. The vocational high school in Central Java needs to improve their employees' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This kind of work behavior closely related with individual and organizational performance. The aim of this study is to examine the direct and indirect relation of learning culture on OCB using job satisfaction as mediator. The findings reveal the significant positive relation between learning organization culture and OCB. Further analysis using bootstrap confidence interval showed job satisfaction did not mediate the relation. Detail discussion provided with insights of other factors related to the development ofOCB.
