In era globalization, one of another industrial that had been developing rapidly was prettiness industry. Natasha Skin Care had shared to the consumers to be prettier and attractive through the treatment ways. This research was aimed to investigate the brand image Natasha Skin Care for the consumers sight, the consumers decision toward Natasha Skin Care clinic and the influence of brand image toward the consumers decision to buy and this research used descriptive methodology. The population of this research was the user of Natasha Skin Care products or had ever used Natsha Skin Care and took 100 respondents. The dara was collected through the questionnaire and analyzed by using simple regression. The results of this research were that brand image had a big impact significantly toward the consumers decisions of Natasha Skin Care. Significantly, the results was gotten F- hitung 97, 633 with the significant 0,000, T- hitung was gotten 9,881. The determination coefficient R- square was gotten 0,499 or 49, 9% and the rest 50,1% ( 100%- 49,9) was influenced of another factors.
