Abstraksi

ABSTRAKSI: Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman yang makin maju, yang segalanya dapat dilakukan dengan peralatan elektronik sehingga mendorong manusia untuk membuat inovasi baru. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari beras sangat dibutuhkan di kalangan masyarakat, contohnya seperti di rumah, restaurant dan badan Bulog. Beras akan cepat habis karena setiap hari semua masyarakat menggunakan beras sebagai salah satu bahan pangan. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat suatu alat yang bisa memonitoring beras. Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini adalah membuat suatu alat beruparice box.Rice box tersebut bisa memonitoring dan mengeluarkan beras secara otomatis yang pada dasarnya rice box beredar di masyarakat masih manual atau belum mempunyai indikator sebagai informasi apakah beras di dalamnya sudah habis atau tidak. Pada Mikrokontroler ATMega8535 digunakan sebagai pengontrol sistem monitoring rice box tersebut. Bagi kalangan kecil (rumah tangga), hal ini mungkin tidak terlalu berpengaruh besar, namun untuk beberapa kalangan seperti penjual beras eceran, atau badan bulog sangatlah berpengaruh. Hasil dari perancangan monitoring rice box ini adalah rice boxtelahterealisasi dengan baik karena memiliki persentase error 4.15 % yang pada dasarnya persentase error harus dibawah 10 %. Sistem monitoring ini, dapat membantu dan mempercepat pekerjaan mereka seperti restaurant dan badan bulog, karena selain membantu memonitor ketersediaan beras, sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan sistem otomasi pengeluaran beras sehingga dapat lebih mengefisiensikan waktu kerja, karena tidak perlu menakar beras yang umumnya membutuhkan waktu relatif lama.Kata Kunci : mikrokontroler, keypad, Sensor berat(potensiometer geser), LCD.ABSTRACT: Along with the development of more advanced, that everything can be done with electronic equipment to encourages people to create new innovations. In the daily life of rice is needed in all people, such as at home, restaurant and agency “Bulog”. Rice would be empty for every day because all the people using rice as an ingredient of food. Therefore, the authors make a device that can monitor the rice. The purpose of this final project was to create a tool box of rice that can be monitor and automatically remove the rice which is basically a rice box is still circulating in all people do not have the manual or as an indicator of whether the information is up the rice in it or not.in ATMega8535’s is utilized as controller in monitoring system of rice box. For the small (household), this is probably not very big impact, but for some quarters as a retail seller of rice, or agency “Bulog” The results of monitoring rice box has been realized because the rice box have 4.15 of error percentage which in error percentage must under 10 %. This Monitoring system, can help and speed up their work as restaurant and agency Bulog, because in addition to helping monitor the availability of rice, this system also comes with rice expenditure automation system so it can be more efficient work time, because it does not need to measure rice generally requires relatively long time.Keyword: microcontroller, keypad, Potentiometric pressure sensor, LCD.
