ABSTRAKSI: Pada dasarnya kegiatan carding dilakukan dengan cara melakukan transaksi bisnis yang kebanyakan jual beli secara online melalui internet kemudian memasukkan jenis pembayaran dengan tipe kartu kredit dan selanjutnya ketika dikonfirmasi isian informasi kartu kredit pelaku memasukkan informasi kartu kredit orang lain, sehingga tagihan akan masuk ke rekening orang lain. Ada beberapa cara memperoleh informasi kartu kredit seseorang,diantaranya dengan menangkap informasi ketika seseorang melakukan transaksi pembelian on line, memasuki site-site retail yang belum diamankan/security belum bagus, namun ada yang lebih memalukan lagi yaitu melakukan kerjasama dengan pegawai di tempat-tempat yang melayani transaksi kartu kredit, hotel misalnya, jadi ketika seseorang melakukan pembayaran dengan kartu kredit, maka petugas tadi mencatat informasi kartu kredit tersebut dan memberikannya kepada pelaku. Sistem otentikasi ini menerapkan suatu perintah pengiriman SMS otentikasi sebagai pemberi informasi, dalam hal ini informasi terjadinya transaksi. SMS yang dikirim adalah pemberitahuan ketika pembeli melakukan pembayaran menggunakan kartu kredit, SMS ini akan dikirim langsung kepada no handphone pemilik kartu kredit asli, dan pembeli diminta untuk membalas otentikasi tersebut jika ingin melanjutkan proses transaksi, balasan SMS sesuai dengan format yang diberlakukan oleh si pemilik situs jual beli online. Hasil dari penerapan sistem ini adalah pemberian otentikasi transaksi yang tepat waktu kepada pengguna sekaligus pemilik kartu kredit asli, sehingga transaksi yang terjadi akan dikehendaki oleh kedua belah pihak, yaitu pembeli dan penjual. SMS otentikasi yang diberikan, memiliki format yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak penjual. Sistem otentikasi ini dapat melakukan otentikasi secara bersamaan saat terjadi beberapa transaksi dalam waktu yang sama, dan rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pemberian otentikasi ini adalah 13 detik.Kata Kunci : carding, sms otentikasiABSTRACT: Basically carding activities conducted by business transactions that most buying and selling online via the internet and then enter the payment type to the type of credit card and then when it was confirmed field players entering credit card information credit card information to others, so the bill will be credited to the account of others . SMS messages sent are notifications when buyers make payment using credit card, this SMS will be sent directly to cell phone no credit card original owners, and buyers are requested to reply if they want to continue the authentication process of the transaction, the reply SMS in accordance with the format imposed by the site owner online trading. Results from the application of this system is providing timely transaction authentication to the user and owner of the original credit card, so that transactions that occur will be desired by both sides, namely buyers and sellers. SMS authentication is given, has the format specified by the seller.
