ABSTRAKSI: Fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan social media yang begitu pesat memudahkan produsen untuk mengevaluasi produk-produknya berdasarkan sentimen-sentimen yang diposting di sosial media tersebut.Salah satu social media yang banyak digunakan adalah Twitter. Dengan jumlah postingan mencapai ribuan tweet perdetik ketersediaan sentimen untuk suatu produk sangat melimpah.Permasalahan yang muncul adalah bagaimana melakukan klasifikasi terhadap sentiment tersebut agar berguna untuk mengevaluasi produk. Pada penelitian ini diajukan metode klasifikasi berbasis machine learning menggunakan Support Vektor Machine (SVM). Dengan melakukan pengujian menggunakan parameter-parameter yang ada di SVM akan dilihat seberapa besar tingkat akurasi dari metode SVM dalam melakukan klasifikasi terhadap sentiment tweet.Kata Kunci : analisis sentiment, machine learning, twitter, produk, SVM.ABSTRACT: The phenomenon of increasing social media usage that is so rapidly allows manufacturers to evaluate products based onsentiments that are posted on social media. One of the widely used social media is Twitter. With the number of posts to reach thousands of tweets per second the availability of sentiment for a product is very abundant. The problem that arises is how to do classification of such sentiment to be useful for evaluating theproduct. In this study the proposed machine learning-basedclassification method using a Support Vektor Machine (SVM). By performing the test using the existing parameters in the SVM, willbe seen how much the level of accuracy of SVM methods in the classification of sentiment tweet.Keyword: Twitter, sentiment analysis, SVM
