ABSTRAKSI: Rumah Makan Chicken Attack adalah sebuah perusahaan fast food yang berdiri pada 19 April 2010 dan berlokasi di Jl. Telekomunikasi 4, Terusan Buah Batu, dekat gerbang Kawasan Pendidikan Telkom . Demand utama Rumah Makan Chicken Attack adalah mahasiswa di Kawasan Pendidikan Telkom. Pemilik Rumah Makan Chicken Attack akan mem buka cabang baru di Jalan Dipati Ukur Bandung. A nalisis kelayakan perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan cabang baru Rumah Makan Chicken Attack yang akan dibuka dari aspek pasar, aspek teknis, dan aspek finansial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasar potensial untuk Rumah Makan Chicken Attack adalah sebesar 37 % yang diperoleh berdasarkan tingkat keminatan responden terhadap produk Chicken Attack. P asar tersedia berdasarkan pada variabel kesediaan untuk membe li produk Chicken Attack adalah sebesar 63,5 % dari pasar potensial. Pasar sasaran ditentukan berdasarkan variabel kesediaan membeli dibandingkan produk kompetitor, besarnya 6,4 % dari pasar tersedia. Dari aspek teknis, dibuat rancangan kapasitas produksi pe r hari berdasarkan data dari aspek pasar yaitu 145 potong ayam. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menurut parameter penilaian investasi selama 5 tahun, cabang baru Rumah Makan Chicken Attack ini layak direalisasikan d engan nilai NPV Rp 308 , 918,983 IRR 60,28% d an PBP 1,88 tahun. Melalui analisis sensitivitas diketahui bahwa investasi paling sensitif te rhadap variabel perubahan harga jual. The o wner of Rumah Makan Chicken Attack wants to open a new branch in Jalan Dipati Ukur Bandung. The feasibility study is needed to determine the feasi bility of a new branch of Rumah Makan Chicken Attack in terms of market aspec t, technical aspect, and financial aspect . The results indicate that the potential market for Rumah Makan Chicken A ttack is 37% based on respondents' interest of the product . Available market is based on the willingness to buy the product of Chicken Attack , which is equal to 63.5% of the potential market. Target market is determined based on the willingness to buy than competitor products, which is equal to 6. 4% of the available market. T he techn ical aspect is made by the design of production capacity per day , based on data from the market aspect , 145 pieces of chicken. Based on the calculati on according to the investme nt parameters for 5 years, a new branch of Rumah Makan Chicken Attack is feasible to be implemented with a value of NPV Rp308,918,983 IRR 60.28% and PBP 1.88 years. Through sensitivity analysis it is known that the most sensitive variable to the investment is the selling price changes.
