Abstraksi

ABSTRAKSI: Telkom menggunakan teknologi CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) pada Fiber To The Home (FTTH) yang merupakan teknologi multiplexer yaitu berfungsi sebagai peningkatan jumlah kanal layanan. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis teknologi CWDM dengan menggunakan Fiber To The Home pada kawasan STO-Cijaura sampai tiap ODC (Optical Distribution Cabinet). <br><br> Pada tugas akhir ini, peneliti melakukan analisa berdasarkan perhitungan dan simulasi. Kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan parameter yang telah ditetapkan berupa SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio), BER (Bit Error Rate) yang memenuhi pada jaringan FTTH dengan standar Telkom, Link Power Budget yang harus dipenuhi pada jaringan kemudian Rise Time Budget pada jaringan STO-Cijaura sampai ke tiap ODC. <br><br> Analisa perhitungan dan analisa simulasi menunjukkan bahwa dengan jarak jaringan optik STO-Cijaura memiliki performansi yang baik. Hasil perhitungan link power budget dengan Prx sebesar -25,296 dBm untuk arah downstream dan Prx sebesar -26,069 dBm untuk arah upstream. Sedangkan hasil analisa simulasi didapatkan nilai Prx sebesar -21,986 dBm untuk arah downstream dan -21,57 dBm untuk arah upstream. Hasil power link budget masih berada diatas level sensitivity penerima yaitu -27 dBm. Hasil perhitungan Rise Time Budget yaitu untuk arah downstream dan upstream pada jaringan optik terjauh menghasilkan total waktu sebesar 0.2519 ns, waktu tersebut masih berada dibawah nilai waktu pengkodean NRZ sebesar 0.28 ns. Hasil perhitungan sistem SNR sebesar 37,596 dB dan BER senilai 6,57 x 10-15. Hasil analisa simulasi setelah dioptimasi menunjukkan nilai SNR sebesar 21,708 dB dan BER senilai 7,21 x 10-10, sehingga dapat disimpulkan hampir tidak ada dispersi pada performansi teknologi CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) pada jaringan optik STO-Cijaura.Kata Kunci : CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) , Link Power Budget , Rise Time Budget , Bit Error RateABSTRACT: Telkom uses technology CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) on Fiber To The Home (FTTH) technology which is a multiplexer which serves as an increasing number of service channels. Then analyzed based on predefined parameters such as SNR ( Signal to Noise Ratio ) , BER ( Bit Error Rate ) which meets the standard FTTH network with Telkom , Link Power Budget to be met on the network then Rise Time Budget on STO - Cijaura network up to each ODC . <br><br> Analysis of calculation and simulation analysis shows that the STO - distance optical networks Cijaura have a good performance . Link calculation results with PRX power budget of -25.296 dBm for the downstream direction and PRX was -26.069 dBm for the upstream direction . While the analysis of the simulation results obtained PRX value of -21.986 dBm to -21.57 dBm and the downstream direction for the upstream direction . Results link power budget remained above the level of receiver sensitivity is -27 dBm . The calculation result is Rise Time Budget for downstream and upstream directions in optical network furthest resulted in a total time of 0.2519 ns , the time is below the value of the NRZ encoding time 0.28 ns . The results of the calculation system of 37.596 dB SNR and BER worth of 6.57 x 10-15 .
