ABSTRAKSI: Hybrid/coupler sangat penting penggunaannya dalam aplikasi gelombang mikro yang berguna dalam rekayasa elektronik,radar ataupun system komunikasi,sirkuit ini biasanya digunakan dalam dikriminator frekuensi ,penguat balanced , balanced mixer,pengendali level otomatis.hibrid direalisasikan dengan menyambung langsung elemen sirkuit dengan menggunakan konsep saluran transmisi, memiliki 4 kutub dan impedansi sepadan di setiap kutubnya. Dalam tugas akhir ini telah dibuat suatu hybrid atau coupler 900 yang berpita sempit dengan memanfaatkan komponen pasif yaitu induktor dan kapasitor. Rentang frekuensi pada perangkat ini berkisar antara 810 MHz - 990 MHz. dengan terminal 50 ohm koaksial. Maka dalam waktu 5 bulan telah didesain dan direalisasikan 1 model prototype hibrida 90o dengan menggunakan komponen pasif ,dengan nilai VSWR1.1 dengan isolation 28 db dengan mengutamakan komponen pasif dengan buatan sendiri. Untuk mengetahui performansi dari kopler yang telah direalisasikan, maka dalam tugas akhir ini juga telah dilakukan pengukuran dan pengujian kopler dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Dari hasil pengukuran kopler yang telah direalisasikan diperoleh spesifikasi kopler yang mendekati spesifikasi awal Dalam realisasinya didapatkan pada range frekuensi 810 MHz - 990 MHz dalam batasan VSWR 1,3. Sedangkan isolation yang diperoleh dari kopler ini sesuai dengan spesifikasi 28 db , sedangkan nilai dari kopling berkisar antara 2-4 db, dengan impedansi mendekati 60 ohmKata Kunci : : hibrida 90o ,kopler, komponen pasifABSTRACT: Hybrid or Coupler is very important in the usage of microwave application that is useful in the electronic engineer, radar even communication system. This circuit frequently used in frequency discriminator, balanced enhancer, balanced mixer, and automatic level controller. Hybrid realized by directly connecting the circuit element with transmission canal concept which has four ports and impedance in each port. In this final project, it has been made a hybrid or coupler 900 with narrowband by utilized passive components; such as inductor and capacitor. In this application, the frequency range is approximately 810 MHz – 990 MHz, with a 50 ohm coaxial terminal. Therefore, in five months, it has been designed and realized 1 hybrid 900 prototype model using passive components, with VSWR value < 1.1 and > 28 dB isolation, consider as most important to make those passive components by own self. To get performance from coupler that has been realized, it has been done also measurements and coupler testing with a determined specification, in this application. Based on coupler measurement which has been realized, it is resulted coupler specification close to initial specification. In the realization, it gained 810 MHz – 990 MHz frequency range in VSWR 1,3 limitation, the isolation is in mutual accord to 28 dB, the coupling value is about 2-4 dB and the impedance is close to 60 ohm.Keyword: hybrid 900, coupler, passive component
