<p>This research is to determine the impact of the implementation and use of ERP systems and the factors that influence the success of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation at PT. Kimia Farma (Persero). The model used to determine the effect the success of ERP Implementation is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In this research using TAM model is a model that is considered most appropriate to assess the real success or failure of the use of a system, because Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) can be seen from the user's behavior in using technology systems. This research contained 62 respondents conducted by the test will be performed using the SPSS SmartPLS and test the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) can be proved that the implementation of ERP in the company of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) behavior users of the ERP system implementation is acceptable. With the value of variables influence Perceived Ease of Use have positive effect on Perceived Usefulness is 0.636, variable value perceived Ease of Use have positive effect on Attitute Toward Using is 0.227, variable value Perceived Usefulness have positive effect on Attitude Toward Using is 0.678, and variable value Attitude Toward Using have positive effect on Behavioral Intention to Use have an effect of 0.809. As of be obtained that users of ERP system in the company of PT. Kimia Farma has been able to accept the implementation of the ERP system as a tool in the company, so they have a positive attitude and still want to use the ERP system to complete office work.
